Air Fryer Roasted Squash with Fourme d'Ambert

Ingredients

Step 1
Wash & cut the squash in half. Deseed it & thinly slice it.

Step 2
Cut the 'Fourme d'Ambert' cheese into strips.
Step 3
Add a layer of squash in the air fryer basket, followed by a layer of 'Fourme d'Ambert' cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

Step 4
Add the crème fraîche on top*. Season with salt & pepper. Air fry for 25-30 min at 200°C. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
Once the squash is cooked through & the cheese is melted & golden brown, remove the basket from the air fryer. Serve roasted squash with 'Fourme d'Ambert' cheese on a plate with a side of salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
