Ingredients

Air fryer.
Recipe

Step 1
Peel & slice the red onion.


Step 2
Place the washed cherry tomatoes in the air fryer basket with the red onions & gnocchi. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.


Step 3
Place the feta cheese on top & season with the 'herbes de Provence'. Air fry for 8-10 min at 180°C.
Step 4
After 10 min, remove the basket from the air fryer. Add a small drizzle of water (or crème fraîche) & continue cooking for 5 min at 200°C.
Step 5
Once everything is cooked through & golden, remove them from the air fryer.
Step 6
Once everything is cooked through & golden, remove from the air fryer & mix well. Serve on a plate & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
