Step 1
Add the cherry tomatoes & feta cheese to the air-fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Add a drizzle of honey & olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & rosemary. Air fry for 8-10 min at 180°C.
Step 2
Once the cherry tomatoes are cooked & the feta is golden brown, take them out of the air fryer.
Step 3
Serve the feta on a plate with the roasted cherry tomatoes. Drizzle some more honey on top & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
