Air Fryer Italian Sausages & Roasted Veggies

Step 1
Wash then dice the bell peppers.

Step 2
Peel then slice the onions into quarters.

Step 3
Peel then cut the potatoes in half or thirds, if needed.

Step 4
Prick the sausages with a fork, then cut them into thirds.


Step 5
Add the onions, grated garlic, sausages, bell peppers, potatoes & 'herbes de Provence' to the air fryer basket. Season with salt & pepper & add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well, then air fry for 20-25 minutes at 190°C.

Step 6
After 25 min, add the white wine & continue cooking for 15 min at 190°C.
Step 7
Serve the Italian sausages & roasted veggies on a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
Steam your potatoes before roasting, for more tender veg.
