Step 1

In a bowl, combine : the cream, half of the shredded cheese & grated parmesan. Season with salt & pepper.

Croissant
Ham (deli slices)

Step 2

Slice open the croissants lengthwise without going all the way through. Spread half of the cream/cheese mix in the croissant, then add the slice of ham & spread another layer of the cream/cheese mix. Close the croissant.

Step 3

Place the croissants in the air fryer basket with the rack & a piece of parchment paper. Top with the remaining shredded cheese. Air fry for 5 min at 180°C.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 4

Once the cheese is melted & golden brown, remove the Ham & Cheese croissants from the air fryer & serve with a side of green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
