Goat's cheese (log)

Step 1

Slice the goat's cheese into rounds.

White bread (sliced)
Ham (deli slices)

Step 2

Add the ham on the bread*, then top with the goat cheese. *Check out our tips for this step

Herbes de Provence

Step 3

Add the toast to the air fryer basket with the rack & a piece of parchment paper. Top with a drizzle of olive oil & season lightly with salt, pepper & 'herbes de Provence'. Cook in the air fryer for 5 min at 200°C.

Lambs Lettuce

Step 4

Once the toast is golden & the cheese melted, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the ham & goat cheese toast on a plate with the salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
