Air fryer
Step 1
In the air fryer basket, add : the tortellini, frozen spinach, curry, coconut milk & a splash of water. Mix.
Step 2
Air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C, stirring halfway through cooking.
Step 3
Once the tortellini & spinach are cooked, remove them from the air-fryer & serve the coconut curry tortellini in a deep plate. Re-season to taste, and enjoy !
