Make sure you have...
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (oven to 200°C). Clean & slice the potatoes into wedges.
Step 2
Arrange the potatoes & chicken in the air fryer basket. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss to coat & Bbrush the chicken with barbecue sauce. Air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C (20-25 min in the oven at 200°C).
Step 3
Remove the air fryer basket & add the green beans. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Cook for an additional 5-8 min in the air fryer at 200°C (7-10 min in the oven at 200°C), until the chicken & potatoes are fully cooked.
Step 4
Serve the chicken in a plate with the potato wedges & green beans. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
