Air Fryer Baked Feta & Figs

Ingredients

Step 1
Wash then cut the figs into quarters.

Step 2
If needed, shell then roughly crush the pistachios.


Step 3
Place the feta, figs & pistachios in the air fryer basket. Season with salt & pepper, then add the honey & a drizzle of olive oil. Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 190°C.
Step 4
Once the feta is golden brown & the figs are cooked, take them out of the air fryer.

Step 5
Serve the roasted feta & figs on a plate with the arugula seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
