Step 1
Grease individual oven-proof ramekins. Add the 'crème fraiche' & smoked salmon in each of them.

Step 2
Gently crack the eggs into the ramekins. Season with pepper* & cook in the air fryer for 6 min at 200°C. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 3
Meanwhile, toast the bread in the toaster or the air fryer. Cut the bread into soldiers.

Step 4
Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the baked eggs with smoked salmon on a plate with the soldiers and green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding a drizzle of lemon juice, a pinch of crushed pink berries & some dill or chives.
