Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Dans un plat allant au four, ajoutez la ratatouille et le bloc de feta par-dessus. Badigeonnez la feta d'un petit filet d'huile d'olive et poivrez. Enfournez 15 minutes à 200°C.

Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 2

Pendant ce temps, dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-les. Réservez au chaud.

Une fois la feta bien dorée et fondante, sortez le plat du four. Mélangez la feta avec la ratatouille en l'écrasant, à l'aide d'une fourchette.

Ajoutez les pâtes égouttées et mélangez à nouveau.

Servez les pâtes à la feta et ratatouille dans une assiette. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts et ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
