Step 1

Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. Égouttez-le en fin de cuisson. Réservez.

Pendant ce temps, coupez le surimi en morceaux.

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.
