- Step 1
In a bowl, add the beef (chopped into thin strips), half the quantity of spices, some olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside to marinate while you prepare the next steps. - Step 2
Add the onion (peeled and chopped in half), stock cube, a bit of olive oil to the Thermomix bowl, and cook for 6 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Then chop for 5 seconds/speeed 4. - Step 3
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et faites dorer 2 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1. - Step 4
Add the chopped tomatoes, the rest of the spices, and cook for 5 minutes/Varoma/reverse mode/simmer setting. - Step 5
Add the marinated beef and cook for 3 minutes/100°C /reverse mode/speed 1. - Step 6
Strain and rinse the beans, add to the pot and cook for 3 minutes/100°C/reverse mode/speed 1. - Step 7
Serve with tortillas (optional: a bit of cilantro if you have any).
