  • Step 1
    Peel & finely mince the onions.
  • Step 2
    Wash & dice the zucchini.
  • Step 3
    In the Digicook bowl, add : a drizzle of olive oil, the onions & grated garlic. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the programme 'reverse' : 120°C / speed 1 / 2 min.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, prepare the veggie stock. Dissolve the stock cube in 125ml of warm water per serving.
  • Step 5
    Add the zucchini & veggie stock. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the programme 'reverse' : 100°C / speed 1 / 15 min.
  • Step 6
    Once the zucchini is coked & tender, add the kiri cheese. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the programme : speed 5 / 1 min. If needed, add water & blend.
  • Step 7
    Serve the zucchini soup with cream cheese in a bowl. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
