40 g
Flour (all-purpose)

30 g
Butter

1 tsp
Parmesan (grated)

1 tsp

- Step 1
 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash & dice the zucchini.
- Step 2
 Prepare the crumble. In the Digicook bowl, add : the flour, grated parmesan & diced softened butter. Season with salt & pepper. Close the lid with the measuring cap on & start the program : speed 6 / 30 sec.
- Step 3
 Butter an oven-proof dish & add the zucchini.
- Step 4
 Add the pesto & stir to combine. Season with salt & pepper & add the crumbled goat's cheese on top. Top with the crumble & bake for 40 min at 180°C.
- Step 5
 Once golden on top & cooked through, remove the crumble from the oven & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
