  • Step 1
    Cook the peas following the instructions on the packaging. Once cooked, rinse them immediately with cold water to stop them cooking. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Using a peeler, make zucchini "tagliatelle". Roughly chop the cilantro.
  • Step 3
    In a salad bowl, add the peas, zucchini tagliatelle, cilantro, a soup spoon of olive oil / per person, feta, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper and mix.
