3 tbsp
Whole milk yogurt (plain)

40 g
Apricots (fresh)

1 tsp
Honey

optional
1 pinch
Thyme (dried)

- Step 1
Wash the apricuts, remove the pit and cut into thin slices. - Step 2
Mix the yogurt with the honey and thyme. - Step 3
Add the yogurt with apricot slices into popsicle molds. (You can also use empty yogurt cups). - Step 4
Close the molds and add the sticks. Freeze for at least 3 hours and enjoy cold!
