Yogurt, Apricot & Honey Popsicle

Whole milk yogurt (plain)

Apricots (fresh)

40 g

Apricots (fresh)

Honey

1 tsp

Honey

Thyme (dried)

  • Step 1
    Wash the apricuts, remove the pit and cut into thin slices.
  • Step 2
    Mix the yogurt with the honey and thyme.
  • Step 3
    Add the yogurt with apricot slices into popsicle molds. (You can also use empty yogurt cups).
  • Step 4
    Close the molds and add the sticks. Freeze for at least 3 hours and enjoy cold!
