Wok-fried beef with crunchy vegetables

Beef (top round steak)

Carrots (fresh)
50 g
Peas (fresh)
1/2
Zucchini

1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds
1 cm
Ginger (fresh)

- Step 1
Using a peeler, make carrot tagliatelle. Turn the peeler continually so you keep the ribbons the same thickness. - Step 2
Cut the meat into thin strips. - Step 3
Chop the zucchini (removing the ends), chop it two lengthways and then in thin circles. - Step 4
In a very hot wok or pan, add a bit of olive oil, then the zucchini, carrots and peas. - Step 5
Cook for around 10 minutes, stirring often. - Step 6
Add the grated ginger and meat. - Step 7
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. - Step 8
Season with salt & pepper. Alternatively, add a drizzle of soy sauce, if you have some. - Step 9
Optional: add sesame if you have some. Serve & enjoy !
