Watermelon

Arugula

Feta cheese (block)

Pine nuts

Red wine vinegar

Cut the watermelon into cubes. - Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per person), salt & pepper. - Step 3
Add the arugula, cubed watermelon, crumbled feta cheese and pine nuts to a bowl. Toss together with the dressing and enjoy!
