Arugula

Soy sauce

Make the sauce by mixing the wasabi and the soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. - Step 2
Spread the pieces of carpaccio out on a plate, then add the arugula on top. Drizzle the wasabi soy sauce on top and sprinkle the parmesan pieces around. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a little olive oil. And enjoy!
