Pork (tenderloin)

White rice (long grain)
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp
Sherry vinegar
1 tsp
Sugar (granulated)
1 cm
Ginger (fresh)

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the box. - Step 2
Cut the pork tenderloin in 1 inch slices. - Step 3
In a frying pan on high heat, add a dab of butter and cook the pork for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. - Step 4
Lower the heat to medium and add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and grated ginger. (If the sauce is too salty, add a little water) - Step 5
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. - Step 6
