Cauliflower (fresh)

White rice (long grain)

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, thought, drain the rice. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash then cut the cauliflower into tops. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the cauliflower & sauté for 4-5 min. Add a splash of water, cover with a lid & continue cooking for 5 min. - Step 4
Add the Tikka Masala* sauce & cook for 5 more min, on low heat, or until the cauliflower is fork tender. Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
Serve the veggie Tikka Massala with the rice. Top with fresh coriander, if you have some. Enjoy !
