  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    Wash the cauliflower and chop into florets*. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 3
    In a frying pan or skillet over high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup of water (per portion). Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add the Tikka Masala sauce and cook for 5 more minutes on low heat or until the cauliflower is fork tender.
  • Step 5
    Serve the cauliflower with the sauce and rice. Optional: serve with chopped fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
