Butter (unsalted)
100 g
Meatless nuggets
250 g
Broccoli (fresh)

- Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. - Step 2
Cook it in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender. - Step 3
While the broccoli is cooking, cook the veggie nuggets according to the instructions on the package. (about 5 minutes on each side in a pan on medium heat) - Step 4
Drain the broccoli and mash it with a fork or potato masher. Add butter, salt & pepper and mix. - Step 5
Serve the nuggets with the mashed broccoli. Enjoy!
