- Step 1
Preheat your oven on grill mode. Peel the red onions and chop them finely. Set aside. - Step 2
Add the tortilla chips to a baking dish. - Step 3
Add the kidney beans on top & sprinkle with grated cheddar. Bake the dish for 10 minutes in grill mode. - Step 4
Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half. - Step 5
Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper, then mix again. - Step 6
After 10 minutes, take the dish out of the oven. - Step 7
Add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped red onions. - Step 8
Add a few coriander leaves if you have them. Serve with the avocado cream and lime wedges. It's ready !
