Veggie burger
1/2 handful
Romaine lettuce
1/2 tsp
Yellow mustard
1 tsp
Ketchup

Red onion
1 slice
Cheddar (slices)

- Step 1
Cut the onion into thin slices. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a hot pan and lightly toast the burger buns (15-30 sec). Set aside. - Step 3
Add another dab of butter to the same pan & cook the veggie patties for 2 minutes on one side. - Step 4
Flip the patties and add a slice of cheddar on top. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted. - Step 5
Prepare the burger by adding the ketchup, mustard, veggie patty, sliced onions and lettuce. Add the top of the bun and serve. Enjoy !
