Peel and mince the onions. - Step 2
Mince the garlic. - Step 3
Chop the artichokes in quarters. - Step 4
Cook the garlic and onions in a large pot with a bit of olive oil on a high heat. - Step 5
Ajoutez ensuite la chair de tomate et laissez revenir 1 minute supplémentaire. - Step 6
Add the white beans, olives, capers, artichokes and cook for 5 minutes. Season. - Step 7
