- Step 1
 Peel and cut the carrots lengthwise.
- Step 2
 Cut the potatoes in 2 (or 3 if they are on the larger side.)
- Step 3
 Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Step 4
 Put all the vegetables in a pot of boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Test the cooking using a knife to make sure they're tender. Strain them when they're done.
- Step 5
 Plate the vegetables with the shrimp and aioli sauce, season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
