- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish. Add the bananas and mash them, using a fork. - Step 2
Add a layer of rolled oats, then chia seeds, then non-dairy milk. Mix gently. - Step 3
Sprinkle frozen berries and sugar (optional) on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. - Step 4
Remove from oven and serve with non-dairy yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. That's it!
