  • Step 1
Épluchez, lavez et coupez les pommes de terre en deux.
  • Step 2
Add 500 ml water to the mixing bowl. Peel the potatoes, then wash and half them. Put the potatoes in the cooking basket, placing it on the mixing bowl, inserting the measuring cup and cook for 20 minutes / steam mode.
  • Step 3
Add 1/3 of butter to a hot pan, and add in the chestnuts. Fry for 2 minutes over high heat while stirring.
  • Step 4
Once the chestnuts are lightly browned, set half of them to one side. Add another 1/3 butter and add the turkey to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  • Step 5
Remove the basket from the Digicook, empty the water from the mixing bowl and put the cooked potatoes in it. Next add the milk and butter and put the measuring cup back in. Chop for 5 sec / speed 6.
  • Step 6
When the turkey is cooked, deglaze the pan by adding a little water to make juice. Serve the turkey with the remaining chestnuts and the mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
