recipe

  • Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  • Step 2
Add them the mixing bowl with the milk and cook for 24 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1 without the measuring cup.
  • Step 3
Add 1/3 of butter to a hot pan, and add in the chestnuts. Fry for 2 minutes over high heat while stirring.
  • Step 4
Once the chestnuts are lightly browned, set half of them to one side. Add another 1/3 of butter and add the turkey to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  • Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, add a knob of butter (or olive oil). Add the reserved chestnuts as well and mix together for 20 seconds / reverse mode / speed 2.
  • Step 6
When the turkey is cooked, deglaze the pan by adding a little water to make juice. Serve the turkey with the remaining chestnuts and the mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
