To make the tuna salad, mix the tuna (drained) with the cream cheese using a fork. - Step 2
Add the chopped shallots, lemon juice and zest and season with salt & pepper. Mix. - Step 3
Cut the avocado in thin slices. - Step 4
Spread the tuna onto the tortilla. - Step 5
Add the avocado and mixed baby greens. Fold in the sides and wrap. - Step 6
Cut in half and enjoy!
