  • Step 1
    Boil the eggs in a pot of boiling water for 9 minutes. Then, place them into a bowl of cold water, peel them, and cut them into quarters.
  • Step 2
    Toast the bread (either in the toaster or in the oven on the broil setting).
  • Step 3
    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the olives in half and open the can of tuna.
  • Step 4
    Spread the mayo on the toast, then place the tomatoes on top. Then add the eggs, the tuna, and the olives. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a little olive oil on top. And enjoy!

    Option: If you have some parsley laying around, feel free to add it to your plate as a garnish.
