White bread (sliced)
50 g
Tuna (canned)
1 tbsp
Cream cheese

Egg
2 handfuls
Spinach (fresh)

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the eggs for 9 minutes. - Step 2
In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with the cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. - Step 3
When done, plunge the eggs in a bowl of cold water, then peel and slice. - Step 4
Spread the tuna mixture on a slice of bread. Add the spinach and eggs. - Step 5
Top with another slice of bread, add another layer of filling, then top with the third slice of bread. Using skewers to hold the sandwich together, cut it into triangles. That's it!
