Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. - Step 2
While the rice is cooking, peel the onions and thinly slice them. Chop the cilantro. - Step 3
Once the rice is cooked, drain it and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, mix together the rice, tuna, sliced onions, cilantro, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per portion), salt & pepper. Enjoy!
