recipe
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel & chop the potatoes into small cubes. - Step 2
Fill the Cookeo bowl with water. Place the steamer basket inside the Cookeo & add the potatoes. Cook for 20 min on 'pressure-cooking' mode. - Step 3
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. - Step 4
In a wide bowl, mix : the tuna, grated garlic & minced parsley. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Once the potatoes are cooked through & tender, remove the steamer basket from the Cookeo bowl. Transfer the potatoes to a mixing bowl with the cream & a knob of butter. Using a fork or potato-masher, mash the potatoes until they reach the desired consistency. - Step 6
Add the tuna mix. Season with salt & pepper & mix to combine. - Step 7
In an oven-proof dish, spread the potato mash in an even layer. Top with the breadcrumbs & a couple small knobs of butter, if you wish. Bake for 20 min at 200°C. - Step 8
Once golden & crisp on top, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the warm tuna bake with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
