Ricotta cheese
50 g
Thon au citron
1/4
Lemon
1 tbsp
Heavy cream

- Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. - Step 2
At the end of cooking, set aside the equivalent of one ladle of cooking water per person and drain the pasta. - Step 3
Return the pasta to the pan over medium heat. Add the cream, ricotta cheese and reserved cooking water and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 4
Add the tuna and mix. - Step 5
Add the lemon zest and juice. - Step 6
Serve & add some more tuna, if you some leftover. Season according to taste & add fresh basil leaves if you wish. Enjoy !
