Tuna Grain Bowl with Egg & Cucumber

Tuna in water

Skyr (plain)

- Step 1
Cook the eggs for 6 min in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking. Remove the shell carefully. Set aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & dice the cucumber. - Step 3
Reheat the grain mix according to package instructions. - Step 4
Prepare the tuna rillettes. In a bowl, combine : the drained tuna, skyr, smoked paprika and chopped chives (optional). Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 5
Serve the grain mix in a bowl with the diced cucumbers, soft-boiled eggs & tuna rillettes. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of smoked paprika & some chopped chives, if you have some left. Enjoy !
