Cucumber

Avocado

- Step 1
Discard the outer layer and finely dice the red onion. - Step 2
Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. - Step 3
To make the dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, the lemon zest and juice, salt & pepper in a bowl. - Step 4
Optional: add some chopped fresh cilantro. - Step 5
In a bowl or shallow dish, mix the drained tuna, cucumber and red onion. - Step 6
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut in a criss-cross pattern. Using a spoon, remove the skin and add the avocado to the bowl. Add the chopped cilantro. - Step 7
Top with the dressing, season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
