Arugula

Mixed grains

Cannellini beans (cooked)

- Step 1
Cook the grains according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cook water at the end of cooking. - Step 2
Drain and rinse the beans. Cut the avocado into slices (cut in half, remove the pit, slice and discard the skin) - Step 3
In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, the lemon zest and juice, salt & pepper. Mix to combine. - Step 4
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, beans, grains, tuna (drained), avocado, and the dressing. Mix and enjoy!
