Whole grain mustard

Lambs Lettuce

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the eggs. Cook for 7 minutes. - Step 2
Prepare the dressing: Mix the mustard and vinegar with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oil oil per person. - Step 3
Once the eggs are done cooking, put them in cold water for 1-2 minutes before peeling the shells off. - Step 4
In a salad bowl, add the lettuce, tuna, eggs (cut in quarters) and the dressing. Mix and enjoy! (Optional: add some fresh herbs)
