Tortellini with Spinach & Dill

Tortellini (Spinach & cheese)
2 handfuls
Spinach (fresh)
1/4 clove
Garlic
50 ml
Heavy cream
1/4
Vegetable bouillon (cube)

1/10 bunch
Dill (fresh)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot, on medium heat. Add the grated or chopped garlic. - Step 2
Crumble the stock cube into the pot & pour 200 ml of water per person on top. Bring to a boil. - Step 3
Add the tortellini into the pot & cook for 2-3 min, on medium heat. - Step 4
Add the spinach, dill leaves (optional) & cream. Season with pepper & stir well. - Step 5
Serve the tortellini broth in a bowl. Top with extra dill, if you have & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
