Tortellini (Spinach & cheese)

Italian pork sausage (ground)

Tomato sauce

Chop the onions. - Step 2
If using sausage rather than sausage meat, chop the ends and squeeze out the meat with your fingers. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and cook the onions for 1-2 minutes. - Step 4
Add the sausage meat and cook on a high heat for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. - Step 5
Next add the tomatoes, 1 cup of water per person and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil and add the tortellini. - Step 6
Season with salt & pepper and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 minutes. - Step 7
Once cooked, add the cream (optional: add fresh spinach) and mix. - Step 8
Serve with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
