Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Basil (fresh)

Garlic

Melt 1 tsp of butter per portion in a pot over medium heat and add the onions and minced or grated garlic. - Step 2
Sauté for 2 minutes. - Step 3
Meanwhile, dissolve the bouillon cube in 200 ml of boiling water/portion. - Step 4
Add the tomatoes and broth to the pot. - Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, add the basil, stir and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. - Step 6
Add the crème fraîche and puree the soup with an immersion blender. - Step 7
Pour into bowls and add a bit more crème fraîche on top—it's ready!
