Mozzarella (buffalo)

Basil (fresh)

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and add them to a bowl. - Step 2
Shred the mozzarella into pieces and add to the bowl along with the anchovies. Mix together with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Top with chopped basil if you have. Serve and enjoy!
