In a bowl, mix the feta, ricotta, a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper. - Step 2
Slice the tomatoes. - Step 3
Spread the feta-ricotta mixture on each plate, in a circle. Lay out the tomato slices, add some basil leaves, olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
