Wash & cut the tomatoes into rounds. - Step 2
Prepare the whipped ricotta / feta. In a bowl, combine : the ricotta, the feta & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 3
Spread the whipped ricotta / feta mixture onto a plate. Arrange the tomatoes on top in a spiral pattern. Top with basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Enjoy !
