- Step 1
Boil water in a large pot, add the tomatoes for 30 seconds. Take them out and remove the skin using a knife, as well as the seeds. - Step 2
Cut the tomatoes, strawberries, garlic, onion and put everything in a mixer, adding the basil and croutons. Season, add a bit of olive oil and blend. - Step 3
Pour the gazpacho into soup bowls, then add the burrata, salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil. Add a few basil leaves for decoration and serve!
