  • Step 1
    If needed, defrost your beef patties. Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Put the carrots and potatoes in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec / speed 5. Next scrape the sides with the spatula and empty the contents into another bowl.
  • Step 3
    In the empty bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil, green curry paste and cook for 1 min / 120°C / speed 2.
  • Step 4
    Add the coconut milk and cook for 1 min / 120°C / speed 2. Then add the soy sauce, (optional: lime zest), stock cube and half a cup of water per person.
  • Step 5
    Finally add the beef, potatoes and carrots. Cook for 20 min / 90°C / reverse mode / speed 1 (with the measuring cup on the lid). Serve and enjoy!
