Place the lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, onions and 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person in the Digicook bowl. Blend for 15 sec / speed 5. - Step 2
Cut the meat into thin strips and mix it with the marinade. Place on the steam tray and store in a cool place. - Step 3
Pour 1.5 liters of water into the bowl (no need to rinse). Add the rice to the cooking basket and place it inside the bowl. Cook for 12 min / 100°C / speed 2. - Step 4
Insert the steam tray and cook for 6 min more on steam setting / speed 2 (adapt cooking time according to pack instructions). Serve the rice with the meat and a side salad. Season with salt and pepper, and serve!
