Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans & Rice

Salmon (fresh)
70 g
White rice (long grain)
150 g
Green beans (frozen)
1 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce

Sesame seeds

Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set aside. - Step 2
In another pot of salted, boiling water, cook the green beans for about 3 min. Drain & set aside. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Season with salt & pepper. Arrange the salmon on the pan skin side down. Brush with teriyaki sauce & sear 6 min. - Step 4
On a plate, serve the salmon with the rice & green beans. Garnish with sesame seeds. It's ready!
