Beef (tenderloin steak)
200 g
Green beans (fresh)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)
1/5 bunch
Cilantro (fresh)

Heat water in a pot. Once it's boiling, add a pinch of salt and add the green beans. Cook for 10 minutes and strain. - Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the cilantro and mix it into the butter using a fork. If you're not using salted butter, add a bit of fleur de sel. - Step 3
Cook the tenderloin in a hot pan with a knob of butter, for two minutes on each side for medium rare. Season. Serve with the green beans and cilantro butter.
